Framing Warranty
LIMITED PRODUCT WARRANTY
Congratulations on purchasing a Vinyl Porch Enclosures system, crafted by Vinyl Porch Enclosures. This system includes a limited warranty valid for up to three (3) years from the original purchase date.
Due to our strong pride and confidence in our product, we guarantee to the original purchaser and all subsequent owners that the framing system, along with its components, finishes, and coatings, will remain free from defects in workmanship and materials for the duration of this warranty.
Under this warranty, we agree to repair or replace (at our discretion) any defective part of the framing system at no cost, excluding field labor and shipping charges. This applies as long as the frame and its components have not been abused, misused, or improperly installed, and provided that the care instructions included in the original purchase package have been followed. (This warranty does not cover panels with grommets.)
This warranty does not cover damage to the framing system or its components resulting from incorrect installation, reinstallation, or servicing that does not adhere to the installation manual, unless such work is performed by Vinyl Porch Enclosures.
Vinyl Porch Enclosures is not liable for any damage to the structure to which the system is installed or attached, nor for any property or items situated above, below, or near the system. Additionally, this warranty becomes void if the system is serviced or repaired by any unauthorized dealer or service provider.
Vinyl Porch Enclosures is not responsible for covering damage to the framing system or its components resulting from natural events, such as hurricanes, high winds, tornadoes, snow, sleet, rain, hail, flooding, or from excessive weights or loads on the system. This also includes damage from fire, vandalism, neglect, improper use or care, or any combination of these factors, as well as dents, scratches, or weathering that occur from normal wear and tear.
Vinyl Porch Enclosure does not guarantee wind-speed ratings for the product.
If the framing system or its components show defects in materials or workmanship within three (3) years from the original purchase date, you must notify Vinyl Porch Enclosures of the defect within this three-year period and within 48 hours of discovering it.
Vinyl Porch Enclosures disclaims any implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Other than as specified in this Product Warranty, no additional warranties apply beyond those outlined here.
All costs associated with the installation and reinstallation of Vinyl Porch Enclosures equipment under warranty are not covered by Vinyl Porch Enclosures.
Vinyl Porch Enclosures will retain any items replaced under the terms of this warranty. Shipping dates are approximate and based on the final acceptance of the Sales Order Acknowledgement.
This warranty provides you with specific legal rights, and you may have additional rights that vary by state.
This warranty does not cover fabric or any components attached to fabrics. For details on coverage for these products, please refer to the Fabric Warranty.
Vinyl Porch Enclosures is not liable for any consequential damages arising during or after installation.
If the buyer resells any Vinyl Porch Enclosures product to another purchaser or end-user, they must include all terms and conditions of this warranty in that resale. Vinyl Porch Enclosures’ obligations to any third party will not exceed its obligations under this warranty to the original buyer.
Fabric Warranty
LIMITED PRODUCT WARRANTY
Vinyl Porch Enclosures warrants all fabric products against failure in normal use due to defects in materials or workmanship for a period of three (3) years from the date of the original invoice.
Vinyl Porch Enclosures reserves the right, at its discretion, to repair or replace items under any warranties stated herein. Vinyl Porch Enclosures’ sole obligation is to repair or replace defective equipment that does not conform to the warranty.
Vinyl Porch Enclosures is not responsible for covering damage to fabrics or attached components resulting from natural events such as hurricanes, strong winds, tornadoes, snow, sleet, rain, hail, flooding, ultraviolet degradation, or from excessive weight or loads on the system. This also includes damage from fire, vandalism, neglect, improper use or care, or any combination of these factors, as well as scratches or weathering due to normal wear and tear.
Vinyl Porch Enclosures does not guarantee wind-speed ratings.
This limited warranty does not cover damage that is not due to defects, including issues arising from manufacturing methods, the structural integrity of mounting surfaces, improper installation not performed by Vinyl Porch Enclosures, water collection or staining, cold cracks, chafing, product modifications, improper storage, ultraviolet degradation, shrinkage, excessive system tension, failure to use all provided tie-downs during deployment, inadequate care and handling, burns, punctures, or torn stitching from not using the provided filler (expansion) flaps, misuse, non-fitness for purpose, failure to perform necessary maintenance, any alterations to the product, or additional labor costs required for repairs or replacements, including structural damage or shipping costs to and from the Vinyl Porch Enclosures factory. Vinyl Porch Enclosures is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage, whether direct or consequential, resulting from an inability to use the equipment. The buyer or end-user is responsible for determining the product’s suitability for its intended use and assumes all related risks and liabilities.
Vinyl Porch Enclosures will retain any items replaced under the terms of this warranty. Shipping dates are approximate and based on the final acceptance of the Verified Sales Order Acknowledgement.
If any shipping packages or containers are opened or damaged, report this immediately to the carrier, take photographs, and note the damage on the delivery receipt before accepting. Additionally, notify Vinyl Porch Enclosures of any damaged deliveries within 24 hours.Vinyl Porch Enclosures disclaims any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Except as outlined in this Product Warranty, no additional warranties extend beyond those described herein.
A tolerance of (+/-) 6% of nominal dimensions is allowed for design parameters due to shrinkage. All costs associated with the installation and reinstallation of Vinyl Porch Enclosures equipment covered under warranty are not covered by Vinyl Porch Enclosures. Furthermore, Vinyl Porch Enclosures is not liable for any consequential damages arising during or after installation.
If the buyer resells a Vinyl Porch Enclosures product to another purchaser or end-user, they must include all terms and conditions of this warranty in the resale. Vinyl Porch Enclosures’ responsibility to any third party will not exceed its obligations under this warranty to the original buyer.
Additional Exclusions
Chafing of any kind, including from rope halyards, obstructions, columns, or cold cracking, as well as any custom modifications to the standard design requested by the customer or end-user, are not covered under warranty. Curtains exceeding 12.5 feet or 150 inches in width or height are also not warranted.
